In the unlikely event that you lose one of your earrings, we will do our best to help you get a replacement pair at a discounted rate! We do not offer just a single replacement earring as leathers can differ in color/thickness ever so slightly that we wouldn't want you to have to mismatched earrings! As long as the leather is still available, send us an email at with subject "Lost Earring" and we will try our best to hep you out! Note that you will be responsible for shipping fees on your replacement pair, just as any other order.

Brinley & Co. is NOT responsible if your package is not delivered and we cannot be held liable for USPS delays, damages or lost packages.

If your package is not delivered in time, please first contact USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS or go to . We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if the USPS fails to meet their shipping time.

We recommend you select “Priority Shipping” at checkout. This option includes insurance up to $100 from the United States Postal Service for loss, damage or theft.

All our shipments include tracking information and will be included within your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS directly to investigate this issue by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS or go to . We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Yes! Our earrings are great for sensitive ears, not only are they lightweight but they are also hypoallergenic! Our ear wires are all Sterling Silver Filled or 14KT Gold Filled. Our post earrings are all made with Titanium posts that are nickel free and hypoallergenic.

14KT Gold and Sterling Silver naturally tarnish over a period of time and certain leathers can cause that naturally occurring process to happen even quicker. We recommend wiping your ear wires with a jewelry cloth whenever you should notice tarnish start to build up. They will look as good as new!

Yes! Our earring backs are meant to keep your earrings on your ears ;) Rubber earring backs can stretch out over time allowing your earrings to move out of your ear lobe, in that event, you can request an extra pair in your next order. Our rubber backs are meant to fit our ear wires very securely, so you shouldn't have a problem with them falling off. We do not recommend replacing them with other earring backs as they may not be as secure, therefore risking the chance of you losing one or both of your earrings. You can request a pair of backs at any time with your order!

Not at all! Our earrings are all made with lightweight leather, acrylic resin, and wood! All of them are virtually weightless compared to heavy metal earrings! Your ears will thank you when you give a pair of ours a try!

Most of our earrings come in at least 2 size options or even more (there are a few styles that are one size only). Should you have trouble finding a photo of a particular size/style on, send us an email and we will do our best to get you a photo of them on someone or a side by side photo of the earring sizes. We are going to try our best to get pictures up of all of our earring styles/sizes as time allows. Please be patient with us as we add our sizing chart feature to our site as it does take a lot of time with the vast variety of styles and sizes we offer here at Brinley & Co.!

Please email us at with the subject "Exchange" and please include your order number as well as your full name within 7 days of receiving your item and we will determine if your item is eligible for an exchange. We do NOT accept exchanges on any item that was on sale or discounted. Your item/s must be in our original packaging and unworn when sending them back for an exchange. Due to being a small home based handmade business, you will be responsible for shipping fees for sending your item back to us as well as shipping the new replacement pair back to you.

No, we do not accept returns at this time. Due to the nature of our handmade product and being a small home based business, we cannot accept returns. If you are hesitant about ordering a particular item(s), please reach out so we can assist you with your order so you can be reassured that you ordered the best product/color/size suited for yourself! Remember, we do accept exchanges! In the event your earring was damaged during the shipping process, we will accept your return for an identitical replacement pair.

We can process orders as quickly as same day to as long as 2 weeks. Our turnaround time can change especially during large sales or holidays! Our shop is ran by the owner, Brianne, where she fills all orders, answers emails, and everything in between! We try our best to get items out as quickly as possible, but please be aware it can take up to two weeks for your order to ship out. Should you need your order by a particular date, please let us know so that we can ensure you get it in a timely manner!

Should you realize this, please let us know as soon as possible as your order may have not shipped out yet and we can correct the error! Should your order have already shipped out and your package is undeliverable due to an address error on the customers part, you will need to pay for your order to be reshipped back to your correct address. Please always double check that your address info is correct and up to date to avoid this.

No. Due to the nature of leather, it can bend and fade over time and therefore won't look perfect for forever unfortunately. Please be aware of this when ordering any leather earring. Makeup, oils, moisturizers, hair product, and many other factors such as storage or the leather itself, will determine your earrings longevity.

Please keep your earrings hanging up nicely or lying flat away from any areas that might have moisture. We recommend you hang them on a display to ensure that they stay hanging nicely! Try to avoid storing them in the bathroom due to moisture as well as hairsprays, etc!

Make sure you check your spam, junk or promotional emails folder for the email. If you find it there you should mark it as “safe”, “not spam”, “not junk”, or whatever your email provider procedure is. This will help emails come through in the future because it marks my email address as a safe sender.

To help my promotional emails come through in the future add to your contacts list or address book. This is a strong signal to your email provider—such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo—that you see me as a safe source.

If you do not see my email in your spam or junk folder, it may of been blocked by your email server or firewall before even being delivered. If this is the case, definitely take the time to add my email address to your contact list or address book.
