  • FREE for orders of $40 or more 
  • $4.00 flat rate shipping for orders under $40
  • $8.00 for USPS Priority Mail (includes up to $100 USPS insurance for loss, damage or theft)

    How long does shipping usually take?
    Because I am a one woman show, a full time stay-at-home/work-at-home mama, I do my absolute best to get your order shipped within 5-7 business days (or even quicker!). But keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks to ship. All orders are hand-made-to-order, nothing is ready-made. Due to life in general (with 3 young kids) and possible unforeseen circumstances, it can take closer to the two week point. I generally say it can take up to two weeks for your handmade order to arrive, but I do strive to keep it much quicker than that! Should you need an item by a certain date, please feel free to email me and let me know so I can do my best to get your order out as swiftly as possible!

    • USPS First Class Mail: Orders typically get shipped out in 5-7 business days and then it generally takes another 3-5 business days to receive your package after it is accepted by the post office.
    • USPS Priority Mail: Orders generally get shipped out in 1-2 business days and then it can take an additional 1-3 business days to receive your package once accepted at the post office, depending on your location.

     


     

    What if the post office loses my package or it is stolen from my front porch or mailbox?

    Brinley & Co. is NOT responsible if your package is not delivered and we cannot be held liable for USPS delays, damages or lost packages.

    If your package is not delivered in time, please first contact USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS or go to www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm . We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if the USPS fails to meet their shipping time.

    We recommend you select “Priority Shipping” at checkout. This option includes insurance up to $100 from the United States Postal Service for loss, damage or theft.

    All our shipments include tracking information and will be included within your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS directly to investigate this issue by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS or go to www.usps.com/help/missing-mail. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

     


     

    Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we only offer domestic shipping to the continental US. We plan to offer international shipping services in the future, however. Please subscribe to our email list and/or follow us on social media to keep up with our latest news!
